We would never recommend selecting an institution purely on its appearance, but studying at a beautiful campus may make the study abroad experience much more delightful.

You will spend most of your time on campus as a university student. So, although this is only one of the most crucial things to consider (in fact, we highly advise against it), it does assist if you love spending time on campus. 

Universities exist in a variety of forms, sizes, and architectural styles. University campuses include some of the most remarkable collections of buildings, ranging from old grey stone constructions to more avant-garde modernist architecture.

It is essential to note that this is not a comprehensive list of the world's most attractive institutions, and I'm sure you'll notice that several generally recognized gorgeous universities still need to be featured. That might be because we've previously highlighted them in some of our other most gorgeous university articles (which you can find at the bottom of this post), so it seemed only right to throw light on some of the world's other magnificent campuses that we haven't gone lyrical about.

Most of your Ph.D., academic, or university student time is spent on a university campus. While day-to-day living gets in the way, when was the last time you took a moment to admire the architectural splendor of your campus? Many colleges are intrinsically attractive, from building aesthetics to open spaces and natural environments. To honor universities and their beauty, we'd like to provide you with (what we perceive to be) the world's most beautiful universities, in no particular order.

1. Flagler College — Florida, United States:

Flagler College's main campus, created in 1968, is in the historic city of St. Augustine, on the Atlantic Ocean in Northeast Florida. With its palm palms, fountains, and major buildings, this campus resembles a 5-star vacation resort rather than an academic institution.

2.Trinity College (Dublin, Ireland):

Although not a university, Trinity College at the University of Dublin deserves to be on this list. Trinity College, modeled after the major collegiate institutions of Oxford and Cambridge, deserves a spot on this list.

3. Princeton University — Princeton, New Jersey, USA:

As the College of New Jersey, Princeton University was established in Elizabeth in 1746, making it the country's fourth-oldest higher education institution. one of nine colonial institutions authorized before the American Revolution. The campus is spread over 500 acres and has a range of architectural styles.

4. Cambridge University — Cambridge, United Kingdom:

Cambridge, founded in 1209 and awarded a Royal Charter by King Henry III in 1231, is the second-oldest university in the English-speaking world and the fourth-oldest surviving institution. The University of Cambridge is globally known for its aesthetics and academics, with many expanses of open space and museums.

5. University of Paris-Sorbonne — Paris, France:

Paris-Sorbonne University was one of the heirs of the University of Paris's Faculty of Humanities, which ceased to exist after student demonstrations in May 1968. The Sorbonne, which follows in the footsteps of Parisian architecture, is France's biggest institution devoted to studying literature, languages, civilizations, arts, humanities, and social sciences.

6.Universiteit Katholieke Leuven — Leuven, Belgium:

The Katholieke Universiteit Leuven is a research university in Leuven, Flanders, Belgium. KU Leuven's peacefulness needs to be praised, despite its diverse and exciting past, including the French Revolutionary Wars and a division between two independent institutions.

7. Oxford University — Oxford, United Kingdom:

The Institution of Oxford is an English college research institution. Evidence of instruction dates back to 1096, making it the English-speaking world's and the world's second-oldest university. The University of Oxford is artistically stunning, with architectural styles ranging from Baroque to Gothic to Neoclassical.

8.Mexican capital city — Mexican National Autonomous University:

The National Autonomous University of Mexico campus is a UNESCO World Heritage site created by some of Mexico's most well-known architects of the twentieth century. The institution was constructed in layers to guarantee that there is always more than meets the eye.

9.Yale University, New Haven, Connecticut, USA:

It is the third-oldest school of higher education in the United States, founded in 1701, and one of the nine Colonial Colleges authorized before the American Revolution. Yale's spot in our list of the top ten most beautiful colleges is well-deserved, with Gothic and Brutalist architecture.

10.Xiamen University is located in Xiamen, China:

Xiamen University was the first in China to be created by a member of the Chinese diaspora. Xiamen University is not just one of the most beautiful institutions in China but also in the world, with impeccably kept gardens, lakes, and buildings in the distinctive Tan Kah Kee style (a blend of Eastern and Western architecture).
